About me

ECTC Distinguished Alumni Who am I? Great question.

I’m a 50-something child of a truck driver/farmer and house cleaner/baby sitter who taught me the importance of a strong work ethic and to always do my best.

I’m a big sister to two wonderful siblings and the younger half-sister of a woman I didn’t know existed until I was almost 18 years old. I’m an aunt to two wonderful nieces, a nephew and a half-nephew I’d like to know better.

I started loading and unloading trucks at UPS in 1986 while I was attending University of Kentucky. I’m a HUGE Kentucky Wildcat fan who got to check off a bucket list item in 2012 when I was in New Orleans when they won the final four.

I’m a human resources professional that went to law school at nights when I was 40 “just because”.

Who am I? Well…I’m me.
